Mine is actually called 'com.adobe.GC.Invoker-1.0.plist'. I disabled that instead and it worked!
Make sure to look inside of your library's launchagents folder to make sure. If your library folder is hidden, there are ways to enable this. Just Google or search YouTube on 'how to enable library folder on Mac'.

Just quit it using activity monitor or wait for it to load and then quit. It doesn't mess anything up. I was able to disable auto start after restarting by clicking preferences after logging in to Adobe and unchecking the auto start option, but it doesn't always allow you to do that because I was able to disable it on my iMac but not my MacBook.
